Registration, fees and logistics
Registration opens January 1, 2026 at 6:00 am EST. Published 5K fees include an early rate of $20 through January 31, a regular rate of $30 through April 24, and a race-day fee of $35. Fun Run fees are listed as $20 through April 24 and $25 on race day. Registration fees are non-refundable. T-shirts are included with each entry and are guaranteed for participants registered by April 3; after that date shirts are available while supplies last. Participants aged 10 and under may participate for free and will not receive a bib; they may purchase a t-shirt for $10.
Parking is available in the front lot of Friends Homes West, with overflow parking at the Guilford campus parking deck. Awards for the 5K include overall male and female 1st through 3rd places and first-place male and female age-group awards for categories from 10 and under through 90-99.
