Friedberg JCC 5K Run/Walk 2027
The Friedberg JCC 5K Run/Walk is a community road race held in Baldwin Park at 3232 Grand Ave., Baldwin, NY 11510. The course is certified, flat, and contained entirely within the park. The event supports the Parkinson's programs at the Friedberg JCC; proceeds benefit those classes and support services.
Amenities listed for participants include T shirts for those who register early, swag bags, and fruit and waters. Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in the age groups 11 & Under, 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. An awards ceremony takes place at the finish line after the race.
Information about bib pickup notes in-person pickup begins one hour before the event start time and a Self Lookup area is available for bib numbers. Registrations completed at least three weeks before the event are eligible for a personalized race number. Virtual entries receive bibs by shipment within a window from one week prior to one week after the event.
