Courses and race services
The 15K course includes rolling hills and elevation changes and uses chip timing. The 15K also lists pacers and support stations. The 5K course includes some elevation changes. Packet pick up includes a help table where participants may change from the 15K to the 5K.
Kids' 1K safety and policies
Parents and guardians may join the Kids’ 1K for free without separate sign-up. Child safety measures include mandatory wristbands: each race packet supplies two wristbands with matching numbers, and a child is released from the finish area only to an adult whose wristband number matches. The organizer does not provide child care.
Charity, registration and elite runners
The event donates 100% of race revenue to local nonprofit organizations. Charities may request support until August 31, 2025; the organizers expect to select 10–15 charities. Reported fundraising totals exceed $1.5 million over eleven years. Entry prices listed are $65 for the 15K, $50 for the 5K, and $20 for the Lil' FRESHIE 1K; prices increase after February 9, 2026.
