FRESH 15 takes place on March 7, 2026, in Tyler, Texas, at 6991 Old Jacksonville Hwy. The event offers multiple distances so participants of different ages can take part:

- Kids' 1K (Lil' FRESHIE)

For the Kids' 1K, the organizer enforces a wristband policy: two matching wristbands are issued with the race packet and a child is released from the finish area only to an adult with the matching wristband.
