The event takes place at Southside Park in Tyler, Texas, at 455 Shiloh Rd, 75703. The program includes two race options: a 5K and a Half Marathon. Both courses are described as out-and-back routes. The 5K follows a shorter out-and-back and is run twice to complete the distance.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All runners must register online via RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
