Freezy Cheeks 5K – First Frost (Stowe)
Freezy Cheeks is a winter 5K that is offered as the first race in a multi-event series. The Stowe edition is hosted at American Flatbread and takes place on December 13. Registration options include single-race entry, buddy registration discounts, or registration for the entire series.
Registration for the Stowe race includes one limited beverage with a beer option for those 21 and older and a nonalcoholic alternative. American Flatbread will offer fixed price food specials on the day of the event. Series registrants receive the Freezy Cheeks buff.
Prizes are awarded to series winners and raffles are provided by the Vermont Brewers Association. There are additional in-store discounts and exclusive raffle prizes available when bibs are picked up at Skirack. Bib pickup at Skirack is available the Friday before the race between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM and the Saturday before the race between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or at the race itself.
The series also includes additional 5K events at other Vermont breweries on January 17, February 7, and March 14.
