FREEDOM RUN Womens Health and Wellness 5K 2026

BRE Innovative Solutions, in partnership with Build Reward Empower 501c3, hosts a family-focused community 5K on October 3, 2026 at Ebey Waterfront Park in Marysville, WA (1404 1st Street). The event centers on women's heart health, community bonding, and wellness awareness.

The course follows a scenic route along the waterfront and the run is chip timed. Onsite vendors and activities will support family wellness programming. Volunteers and vendors are primarily students, mothers, and local wellness teams. The event is in person and listed with a three hour duration.

All media and proceeds from the 5K support customized workshops, wellness programming, and events that aim to benefit families throughout greater Snohomish County. Attendees are advised to run or walk at their own risk and to bring protective accessories if needed.
