About the race
The FREE Backyard Ultra Taster Session is a casual, guided group run held at Vigo Rugby Club in Meopham, UK. Participants can experience the Backyard Ultra format by running one or both of the official Day Yard and Night Yard loops, each 4.1 miles long, used in the Kent Backyard Ultra Series. Runners complete each loop within 60 minutes, practicing pacing and recovery in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
