Race for Life Croydon (Lloyd Park)
This event, organised by Cancer Research UK, takes place at Lloyd Park in Croydon on the main playing fields next to Lloyd Park tram station and the Lloyd Park Lounge Café. The course starts and finishes on grass and follows a mixture of terrain that includes inclines and declines around the park. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k course.

Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets and space for dogs. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans, access to an online community, and a finishers medal. The event notes that bag drop and showers are not available and that the site is not wheelchair accessible; the ground is firm and flat on the main playing fields but may become soft or muddy in wet weather, and woodland sections can be slippery when wet.
Travel and parking information states there is no dedicated event parking or drop off points. Lloyd Park Tram Station is the closest stop, a short walk from the venue, and South Croydon rail station is a longer walk away. Blue Badge parking is limited about 50 metres from the event site and there are approximately 35 free bike racks within the park.
