About the race
The Fredonia Trick or Trot 5k is a Halloween themed charity race held in Fredonia, New York on October 31, 2026. The event raises funds for Business Students for Success at SUNY Fredonia; proceeds support the club trip fundraising effort used to finance annual educational trips to financially focused locations. Two 5K events are offered, including a youth run/walk for children. Registration pricing listed in the event materials includes early bird pricing of $30 through October 1, a $35 registration window from October 1 to October 15, and a $10 flat fee for children 12 and under.
Children must participate with a registered parent or guardian. Registration benefits and race services noted by the organizer include a t shirt for the first 100 registered participants, a finisher medal for all participants, free candy along the course, and a costume contest with a prize for the winner. Packet pickup is scheduled at the SUNY Fredonia Williams Center on the day before and the morning of the race.
