About the race
Freaky Creeky on September 18, 2027 is a trail running event in Coldstream, BC, organized by Bush Babes. The courses are set in Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park and feature open grasslands, ponderosa pine, and Douglas fir with lake views.
The terrain includes steady climbs, rolling sections, and a mix of technical and flowy singletrack. The courses offer climbing and descending sections and are open to runners and hikers.

- 13.5 km
- Kids 2.5 km
Registration opens on November 1, 2026. Early registration fees apply until January 31, 2027 with the following early entry fees in Canadian dollars: 52 km CAN $195, 29 km CAN $150, 13.5 km CAN $135, Kids 2.5 km CAN $20. Prices do not include taxes or UltraSignup fees. Entrants must register by August 9, 2027 to be guaranteed a T shirt. A portion of race entry fees will be donated to NOCS for trail creation and maintenance.
The timed Kids 2.5 km race uses two loops, each described by the organizer as having a spicy climb. Emphasis for the children’s event is on participation; finishers receive a medallion and a goodie bag. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
