Freaky Creeky - Coldstream, BC
Freaky Creeky is held in Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park near Coldstream, a few minutes from Vernon. Courses pass through open grasslands, ponderosa pine and Douglas‑fir groves, and provide lake views. The terrain includes steady climbs, rolling sections and a mix of technical and flowy singletrack.
The event offers multiple race distances, including a long route, intermediate distances, a shorter course, and a kids event of roughly 2.5 km.

Hikers are welcome on the courses. The kids race consists of two loops with a spicy climb; it is timed but emphasizes participation. Every child who finishes receives a medallion and a goodie bag. The kids event uses the same start and finish area as the main races.
Early registration details are provided for the race categories with fees listed for different entries. Early registration runs until January 31, 2026. Registration closes on September 10 at 11:59 PM PT. A registration deadline of August 15, 2026 is noted for a guaranteed t shirt.
