The course uses the path around Lake Hollingsworth. The organizer describes the route as flat, 100% on trail, and closed to vehicle traffic. Water stations will be provided at approximately every 1.5 miles. Finisher medals are included for all finishers.
Logistics, awards and registration
Packet pickup occurs on race morning at the race site. Awards are given to Top 3 overall (M/F), Top 3 masters, Top 3 grand masters, Top 3 senior grand masters, and Top 3 in five-year age groups from 10 & under through 75+. Participants registered by January 14 are guaranteed race swag in their size.
Registration pricing varies by period. Sample fees listed by the organizer include preview, early bird, regular, late, and race-day rates, with virtual entries offered separately. Virtual participants may run at a location of their choice, submit results through Race Day, and receive virtual packages shipped the Monday after the event (shipping within the continental US).
