Franksgiving Day 5K

The Franksgiving Day 5K takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Centennial Plaza in downtown Canton. The event includes several activities.

The main event is a 5K run/walk with separate categories for adults (ages 19-99) and youth (ages 1-18). A separate Wiener Dog Race is also scheduled.

Participants can expect free post-race food and drinks, including hot dogs, chips, beer, pop, and water. All finishers receive a unique medal. Awards are given for the top five overall men and women, and the top three in various age groups. A team award is given to the group (Mustard, Ketchup, or Onion) with the lowest average finishing time. The winning team receives a unique sticker.
