Fox Trot 5K & 1 Mile Bark in the Park
The 6th Annual Fox Trot 5K and 1 Mile Bark in the Park takes place at Fair Hill Nature Center in Elkton, Maryland on September 26, 2026. The event is sponsored by W.L. Gore & Associates and is held on the Fair Hill Nature Center grounds at 630 Tawes Drive.

Parking is available in the Upper Covered Bridge Lot directly across from the Nature Center. All participants receive an official event t-shirt, race bib, swag bag, and a complimentary seedling tree provided by Bartlett Tree Experts. Age group winners receive prizes provided by W.L. Gore & Associates and a custom Fair Hill Nature Center medal.
Registration by Friday, September 11, 2026, guarantees the official race t-shirt. The Fair Hill Nature Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides hands on environmental education for students in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. The center serves about 7,500 elementary students each school year with grade specific field trips on topics such as water quality, soil science, ecosystems, insects, and hibernation.
