Fox Trot 5K & 1 Mile Bark in the Park
The event is the sixth annual Fox Trot held at the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area in Elkton, Maryland. It includes two distances and takes place in the Sawmill area of the Five Star course. Parking is located in the Sawmill Preferred Parking Lot.

- 5K Run/Walk - 3.11 miles
- 1 Mile Bark in the Park - 1 mile
Race entries include a t-shirt and a swag bag that contains a seedling tree from Bartlett Tree Experts. Each entry also includes one complimentary Sunday general admission ticket to the MD Five Star at Fair Hill and a 20% friends and family code for additional ticket purchases. Age bracket winners receive prizes provided by W. L. Gore. Registration fees are $40.00 for the 5K and $25.00 for the 1 Mile walk.
The Fair Hill Nature Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides environmental education for students in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. It serves about 7,500 elementary students annually with grade specific field trips covering water quality for fifth grade, soil science for fourth grade, ecosystems for third grade, insects for second grade, and hibernation for kindergarten.
