Form Follows Fitness 5K

The Form Follows Fitness 5K is a city road race presented by Blackson Brick and benefiting The Architecture and Design Foundation. The event marks sixteen years of a course that routes runners through the West End, Downtown, the Arts District and Uptown, offering views of the Dallas skyline and several award-winning buildings.

Proceeds support The Architecture and Design Foundation programs, K-12 activities and scholarships. The foundation awards over $45,000 in annual scholarships and fellowships to support college and career pathways in architecture and design.

Event registration includes a Brooks running shirt and the first finisher medal in Series II of the Greg Brown Memorial Discover Your City series, a medal that celebrates the bridges of the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The day concludes with an after-party at Klyde Warren Park featuring live music, food samples and craft brews from DFW.
