Metro East Footsteps for Families 2026
Metro East Footsteps for Families 2026 is a community fundraising event held in Belleville, Illinois on June 27, 2026, at The Fellowship Church, 1897 Mascoutah Avenue. The event offers multiple ways to participate and includes activities for children and families.

The event day program includes registration and packet pick-up, a warm-up, an opening ceremony, races, and an awards ceremony. Pre-race packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, June 26 at The Fellowship Church. During the morning there will be kids activities, a bounce house, music, and food; coffee and snacks will be available for purchase. Medals are awarded to 5K participants.
Age group awards are presented for first through third place in male and female divisions across these age ranges: 29 and under, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 to 69. The virtual option is offered for participants who cannot attend in person; virtual results are recorded separately from the live 5K results and virtual participants are eligible for certain fundraising and mileage awards.
