Funky Bunch 3 Mile Invite: DRESS UP!
The event is a timed road race of 3 miles held on June 27, 2026, at Schon Park in Glen Carbon, Illinois (156 N Main St, Glen Carbon IL 62034). The course includes both road and grass sections and runs through park scenery.
The race welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers of various ages. Team entries and costumes are encouraged; there is a specific award for the best team costume theme. Competitive awards include plaques for Top 3 Boys and Top 3 Girls in age divisions 0–14, 15–39, and 40+ Masters, plus plaques for the Top 3 Teams.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to support displaced military heroes through the Kappa Sigma Military Heroes Campaign. Event photos will be provided after the race and will include drone photography.
Registration opens on April 10, 2026 and closes on May 5, 2026. The listed registration fee is $30. Packet pickup is scheduled for June 26 at RunWell’s second location, 6120 Shoger Drive, Edwardsville IL 62025.
