Foot Traffic Flat
Foot Traffic Flat is scheduled for July 4, 2027 on Sauvie Island, Oregon. The event offers multiple in-person distances and a virtual option that can be completed from July 4 to July 11.

Chip timing is provided for the timed distances. The full marathon has 14 water stations, the half marathon has 7, and the quarter marathon has 3. Aid stations provide water, electrolyte (Hammer Fizz), Gu energy gels, restrooms, and hand washing. Courses run through farmland with wildlife and barns; the terrain is described as very flat with a few small rises on the levy and short out-and-back sections. The quarter marathon is a point-to-point course, and the 5K is a flat out-and-back that starts and finishes at the Pumpkin Patch.
Event amenities include custom bibs and tech shirts, medals, ice cream from Alden's Organic with vegan options, snacks, and misting tents at the finish venue. There is a 5.5 hour time limit on the marathon. Shuttle service departs from NW Portland in front of the Silver Cloud Inn with limited tickets; parking is in large fields and carpooling is recommended.
