Foot Traffic Flat is a multi-distance road race held on Sauvie Island with a start and finish at the Pumpkin Patch venue. Distances offered include:

The full and half marathon courses are certified (Full: OR23006JH; Half: OR23007JH) and are described as very flat with a few small rises on the levy and an out-and-back section. The full marathon includes 14 water stations; the half has 7; the quarter has 3. Each staffed water station on the certified courses provides restrooms, hand washing stations, water, electrolyte (Hammer Fizz), and Hammer energy gels.

Race services include professional chip timing, custom race bibs (name printed if registered by June 21), tech shirts, medals, snacks, misting tents at the finish venue, and ice cream from Alden’s Organics including vegan options. The quarter marathon is a point-to-point course with shuttle service to return runners to the main finish venue; the 5K is a flat out-and-back from the Pumpkin Patch. The event offers a virtual option with medal, shirt, and commemorative bib included for virtual finishers within the listed virtual window.

Logistics notes: shuttle service runs from NW Portland in front of the Silver Cloud Inn and shuttle tickets are limited; the venue access uses a single-lane road so carpooling is recommended.
