Foot Traffic Flat
Foot Traffic Flat takes place on July 4, 2026 at the Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie Island, OR. The event includes in-person and virtual options and multiple race distances held on predominantly flat, scenic roads through farmland and wildlife areas.

- Virtual option with results listed July 4 to July 11
- Kids 1K farm dash
The full marathon is certified (Cert # OR23006JH) and the half marathon is certified (Cert # OR23007JH). The event uses professional chip timing for the measured distances. The marathon course features 14 aid stations; the half has 7; the quarter has 3. Aid stations provide restrooms, hand washing stations, water, electrolyte (Hammer Fizz), and Hammer Energy Gels.
Logistics note: a shuttle runs from NW Portland in front of the Silver Cloud Inn; shuttle tickets cost $15 cash and have limited capacity. The event has single-lane access to the island so carpooling is recommended and biking is suggested for moving around during the race. Strollers are allowed; pets are not permitted. There is a 5.5 hour time limit on the marathon to meet local farm and resident requirements.
Bib pick-up is scheduled at multiple Foot Traffic locations in the week before the race. There are no refunds or deferrals; transfers to another participant or to a virtual entry or different distance are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
