Food For All 5K
The Food For All 5K takes place on May 16, 2026, in Fredericksburg, Virginia, at 320 Emancipation Highway. The event offers both an in-person 5K that starts near the Fredericksburg Food Co-op and follows the Rappahannock Heritage Trail and Canal Path, and a virtual 5K option that can be completed offsite.

Net proceeds support the Community Co-op Cash Program, which provides qualifying shoppers using EBT, TANF, WIC, or unemployment benefits with 15% off store-wide for one year. The program is funded by Co-op owners and shoppers.
Registration opens January 1, 2026, and closes May 1, 2026. The registration fee is $35. No dogs are permitted on the race course; strollers are welcome.
