About the race
The John Forrest Trail Run is a local running event organised by the West Australian Marathon Club on 7 February 2027 at the corner of Flora and Park Road, Hovea in Western Australia. The event offers two course options and provides a downloadable GPX file and course map for participants.
Runners are required to carry their own water as there are no drink stations on the course. Water will be available at the start and finish area.
Online registrations open and are available until the event date, with a late registration penalty applied from the Saturday before the event for non-members. A volunteer option is listed for those who wish to assist.
Entrance fees are listed per distance and membership category, for example:
- 13 km: Member U18 $5.00, Member $10.00, Non-member U18 $15.00, Non-member $25.00
- 4.3 km: Member U18 $5.00, Member $5.00, Non-member U18 $15.00, Non-member $25.00
