Flyin' Lion 5K & Cub Run
The Flyin' Lion 5K & Cub Run takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Lakeway Christian Academy in White Pine, Tennessee (3720 Roy Messer Hwy). The event includes a 5K race and a 1 mile Cub Run. Proceeds benefit the Lakeway Christian Academy Athletic Department and Cornerstone Christian Academy. All registrants are entered to win an LCA All-Sports pass for the 2026-27 school year. T-shirts are provided to participants; registration completed before 3/15/26 guarantees a 2026 shirt. Restrooms are available in the athletic complex. Sponsorships and group discounts for more than 10 participants are offered.

1 mile Cub Run
The course starts and finishes at the student pick-up area at the front of campus, follows to the LPAC parking lot, circles back to run one counter-clockwise lap around the track, continues around the perimeter to the gymnasium parking lot where a water stop is located at the 1-mile point, exits campus to a dead-end road for a turnaround, then returns to run a clockwise lap on the track and finish at the athletic complex gate entry. The course has a total elevation gain of 185 ft. Overall awards are given to the top male and top female. Age-group awards are given by gender in 20-year increments (19 & under, 20-39, 40-59, 60+).
