Event overview
The Flyin' Lion 5K & Cub Run takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in White Pine, Tennessee. The event is based at Lakeway Christian Academy, 3720 Roy Messer Hwy, White Pine, TN 37890. The program includes the following distances:

Course, awards and logistics
The course starts and finishes at the student pick-up area at the front of campus and follows campus roads and parking lots, including one lap around the track. A water stop is located at the 1 mile point. The course has a total elevation gain of 185 ft. Awards are given to the top male and top female overall. Age-group awards are presented by gender in 20-year increments: 19 & under, 20-39, 40-59, and 60+. All Cub Run finishers receive a medal. Restrooms are available in the athletic complex.
