Floridian 15K & 5K : Clermont, Florida
The Floridian 15K and 5K take place as part of the Great Floridian Multisport Festival along Lake Minneola Waterfront in Clermont. The event is held at Clermont Waterfront Park and uses the Scenic South Lake Trail for both running courses.
The event offers two distances:
- 15K: 9.3 miles
- 5K: 3.1 miles run or run/walk
Both courses are out-and-back on the Scenic South Lake Trail. The 5K uses the same course as the Great Floridian Sprint Triathlon. The event is described as walker friendly and the course is accurately measured and monitored.
Amenities noted for participants include a finisher medal, a full imprint event T-shirt, and post-race food. Registering at least 14 days before the race helps ensure the correct T-shirt size.
