The Flitwick 10k is a closed-road 10 km race based at Flitwick Village Hall, Dunstable Road, Flitwick MK45 1HP. The course runs through the outskirts of Flitwick, around Steppingley and back to Flitwick. The route is described as scenic and undulating. The event was first held in 1989 and is organised by Ampthill & Flitwick Flyers.

The race includes supportive marshals along the course and a community atmosphere on race day. A free junior fun run takes place after the main race. The event notes good road and rail links from London, Bedford, Luton, Hitchin and Milton Keynes. Entry for the 10 km event is listed at £23.
