Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
The event takes place at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex in Williamsburg, Virginia. It includes two distances:
- Flippin' 5K - 3.1 miles
- Flippin' 1 Mile Fun Run - 1 mile
The race is hosted by Colonial Sports to benefit the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. The beneficiary organization supports financial needs for VEGA team gymnasts, including tuition, competition funds, and uniforms.
Entry fees are listed for each race. The listed fees are $35.00 for the 5K and $25.00 for the 1 mile. Limited race day registration will be available for an additional $10 fee per race; swag bags will not be guaranteed for race day registrants.
All finishers in both the 5K and the 1 mile will receive a finisher medal. In the 5K, finisher certificates will be awarded to the top two male and top two female finishers in each age group.
Packet pickup is offered on the evening before the event at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex and on the morning of the event starting at 7:30 AM at the same location. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
