About the race
The Second Wind Foundation Run takes place on 11/01/2026 at the Karl E. Cole Sports Complex, 900 12th Street, Osawatomie, Kansas, at the Flint Hills Trail Mile Zero Trailhead.
The course follows the Flint Hills Trail. The surface is firm and smooth with crushed gravel. The route is described as non-technical and generally flat.

- 5K
- 10K
- 10 Miles
Registration opens 08/14/2026 and closes 10/30/2026. Entry fees are listed as $30 for the 5K, $35 for the 10K, and $40 for the 10 Miles.
