Registration is open to participants ages 1 to 99. The organizer lists registration items that include a t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, and a chip-timed race bib. Minors do not receive the wine glass or a pour of wine. A multi-race "Texas Wine Pass" bundle offers a percentage discount when registering for two or more events on the series.

Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in 10-year categories, with awards available only on race day at the registration table.
