Flamingo Land 5k & 10k
The Flamingo Land 5k & 10k takes place within the grounds of the Flamingo Land Resort in Kirby Misperton, Malton. This event offers participants a route that transitions through two distinct areas of the resort.
The first section of the course winds through the zoo, where runners pass animal enclosures housing species such as lions, tigers, cheetahs, giraffes, and hippos. The path then continues into the theme park area, leading participants past major rides and attractions.

The event features chip-timed results and each kilometre is marked with distance flags. Marshals are stationed along the course to provide guidance. Participants receive a themed medal, free race photos, and post-race goodies at the finish line. An event village is available on-site, offering various food and drink options.
A notable feature of this event is that race entry includes admission to the Flamingo Land zoo and theme park for the remainder of the day after the competition.
