Fix 'Em 5k Run/Walk 2026
The Fix 'Em 5k Run/Walk is scheduled for May 9, 2026 at Ashland Park, E Riverside Dr, Clarksville, IN. The event is part of the River City Races Run the 502 series and raises funds for Pet Friendly Services of Indiana, a statewide animal welfare organization that operates spay and neuter programs for cats and dogs.
Race formats and registration options include:
- 5k in person at Ashland Park
- Virtual 5k completed at a participant chosen location
- Virtual 5k with packet mailing for mailed race items
- Family of Four registration with a $10 savings
Race entry includes a foldable mesh sided running cap, a finisher certificate, a bandana for participating pets, overall and age group awards, and a finisher medal for both in person and virtual finishers. Packet mailing is available for an additional fee. Participants who raise $150 for Pet Friendly Services have their registration fee credited back to them.
Results divisions listed by the organizer include Dog Jog, Stroller Strut, and the Human Race. Special Mother’s Day award categories are offered for fastest mother and child pairings, fastest grandmother and grandchild pairings, and fastest fur mom and furbaby. Pre race packet pickup is available at Pacers and Racers Family Footwear in Jeffersonville and race day packet pickup is at Ashland Park.
