The event on August 30, 2026 takes place at Five Fields Farm, 720 S Bridgton Rd, Bridgton, Maine. It features trail races organized by the Loon Echo Race Series with proceeds benefiting the Loon Echo Land Trust.

The Five Fields Farm 50K is a three-lap, figure-8 course that uses trails in the Bald Pate Preserve and Holt Pond Preserve and starts and finishes at the Five Fields Farm apple orchard. Each lap is a little over 10 miles with about 1,350 feet of elevation gain. Runners should expect steep climbs, technical and narrow singletrack, and long rolling sections. Small segments of the course cross private property and participants are asked to treat landowners and property with respect.
The Bald Pate 10K traverses pitch pine forest and views of Foster Pond. The course records about 1,800 feet of elevation gain and includes steep climbs, technical singletrack, steep descents, mud, and scenic viewpoints.
Aid stations for the 50K include two on-course stations plus the start/finish station; offerings include water, Tailwind, gels, light snacks, and more substantial items. The 10K has a single aid station with water, Tailwind, and light snacks. There will also be a post-event cookout with burgers and hot dogs.
Volunteers are requested to help with course direction, start/finish duties, and aid stations. Sponsors include Marathon Sports and Canyon Wren Coaching. Entry fees are listed as $75 for the 50K and $35 for the 10K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
