Fittest on the Farm - 5K/10K Run, Walk, Ruck
Fittest on the Farm is a community running and rucking event held at Country Apple Orchard in Harrisburg, South Dakota on September 19, 2026. The event is hosted by CrossFit 605, The Herd Health & Wellness, and Country Apple Orchard and takes place at 27249 SD-115, Harrisburg, SD 57032.
Participants may choose between run, walk, or ruck formats and between two distances:
- 5K run, walk, or ruck
- 10K run, walk, or ruck
Registration opens June 1, 2026 and closes September 7, 2026. The standard registration fee is $40. Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders are eligible for a $10 registration discount with the code HERO. Optional event t shirts are available as an add-on and must be purchased by August 15 to guarantee size and availability.
All participants receive a finisher medal. Professional race timing and bibs are provided by 605 Running Company.
