Finnriver Farm Spiked Apple 5k
The Finnriver Farm Spiked Apple 5k takes place on June 7, 2026 at Finnriver Farm & Cidery in Chimacum, Washington. The event is a chip timed 5k run and walk. Timing and scoring are provided by J3 Timing and results are posted online.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T shirt, a shatterproof collapsible glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle opener, a chip timed race bib, and race results posted online. Participants receive a homemade cider donut and a pour of cider; minors who register receive a shirt, medal, and bib but do not receive a cider glass or a pour of cider.
The event provides free finisher photos uploaded after the race. A course will pass by apple orchards; the official course map will be posted before the event. Packet pickup is available on race day only. A virtual participation option is available and packets can be shipped for a handling fee.
Age group awards are offered for the top three male and female finishers in each category. Age categories are 1 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over. Only service dogs are allowed and strollers are permitted though not recommended due to uneven ground. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
