Fight the Flame 5K and 1K Family Roll & Stroll
The 13th annual Fight the Flame 5K and 1K Family Roll & Stroll takes place on September 27, 2026 at McAlpine Creek Park, 8711 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC. The event includes an in-person race day and a virtual participation option.
Distances and formats:
- 5K - running race, registration fee $30.
- 1K Family Roll & Stroll - walk with strollers and leashed dogs allowed, registration fee $25.
- Virtual Walker - participate remotely, registration fee $20.
Top finishers in the 5K receive prizes and the event includes raffle prizes. The event raises funds to support research, education, and awareness of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
