FFF5K & Community Beer Company Social Run/Walk - September
This event is a social 3ish mile run and walk held on Saturday, September 19 at the Community Beer Company Taproom, 3110 Commonwealth Drive, Dallas, TX 75247. It is presented as a National Skyscraper Day activity and as part of the lead-up to the Form Follows Fitness 5K.
The route is self-guided and untimed and will be supported by a pace team. After the run/walk, participants are offered breakfast tacos and two Community Beer Co. beverages. The registration fee is $35 and includes the run/walk, the food, and the beverages. From each registration, $5 is donated to the Dallas Architect and Design Foundation.
The event is cashless and paperless; registration is handled online. It is described as occurring rain or shine. Community Beer Company allows well behaved dogs on a leash; children in strollers may participate for free. Attendees who wish to consume alcoholic beverages should bring valid identification.
