Katy 5K
The 28th Annual Katy 5K, presented by Michelob Ultra, is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at Reverchon Park in Dallas, Texas. The USATF certified 5K course runs along the Katy Trail and passes through Turtle Creek and Uptown, with scenic views along the route.
The event is officially timed with chip timing and includes awards for overall finishers and age group placements. There will be one water station on course and water available at the finish line. Pets and drones are not allowed on the racecourse. Strollers may be used with precautions and should start at the back of the field. A free bike valet is available near the start area. Limited free parking is offered on a first come first served basis at a nearby hospital lot. Packet pick-up is available at Luke’s Locker and at the race venue on select days before the event.
Every standard registration includes a dry fit recycled short sleeve race shirt, custom bib, and a finisher medal. The finish area becomes the Katy Picnic Party, featuring live music, two complimentary Michelob Ultra beverages for attendees 21 and older, free food tastings from more than 35 local restaurants, and sponsor swag. A VIP option adds tent access, a branded towel, a Brooks shoe bag, a catered meal, and other amenities.
