The Festival Foods Turkey Trot in Manitowoc takes place at Red Arrow Park with race services and packet pick-up at the JFK Fieldhouse. The event offers multiple course options and a separate Dog Jog on the 2-mile course. Dogs are not allowed inside the JFK Fieldhouse during pick-up or on race morning, and dogs on the 5-mile course will result in disqualification of chip times.

Registration is offered in three periods with tiered pricing: Early Bird, Regular, and Race Week. Fees vary by category: adults, youth under 18, and a separate fee for dogs. Race-week registrants are not guaranteed preferred shirt sizes. Bib and t-shirt pick-up is at the JFK Fieldhouse on the day before the event and on Thanksgiving morning, and participants should bring their QR code or confirmation email for pick-up. Shirt pick-up is not available after the event.
Additional event details include parking in the JFK parking lot and on nearby streets on race eve and race day, wave starts separating runners, walkers, and the Dog Jog, available volunteer roles on the afternoon before and on event morning, and official merchandise sales before and during the event.
