The 5-mile course is open to traffic; participants must obey all traffic signs and signals. Dogs on the event are permitted only on the 2-Mile course.
Registration and logistics
Registration prices vary by period. Early Bird (through Oct. 31): Adults $27, Youth (under 18) $15, Dog $5. Regular (Nov. 1 - Nov. 23): Adults $35, Youth $15, Dog $5. Race Week (Nov. 24 - Nov. 27): Adults $40, Youth $15, Dog $5. Race week registrations are not guaranteed preferred shirt sizes.
Bib and t-shirt pick-up is at the Janesville Boys & Girls Club Gymnasium, enter through Door 10. Pick-up times are Wednesday, November 26 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Thanksgiving morning from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Parking is available throughout the downtown area and at YMCA lots. Volunteer roles are available on Wednesday afternoon and Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a free event shirt. Dogs are not allowed inside buildings during pick-up or on race morning, must line up after other participants, and owners must clean up after them. Runners with dogs on the 5-Mile course risk chip time disqualification. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
