The Festival Foods Turkey Trot Janesville takes place on Thanksgiving Day in Downtown Janesville Festival Street. The event offers two main course options and a dog jog. Participants receive a bib and a long sleeve shirt; shirt pick-up is at the Janesville Boys & Girls Club Gymnasium (enter through Door 10).

Registration pricing varies by period:

• Early Bird through Oct 31: Adults $27, Youth under 18 $15, Dog $5.
• Regular Nov 1 to Nov 22: Adults $35, Youth under 18 $15, Dog $5.
• Race Week Nov 23 to Nov 26: Adults $40, Youth under 18 $15, Dog $5. Race week registrations may not receive the preferred shirt size.

Course and event notes:

• The two course options are listed below.
• The 5 mile course is open to traffic; participants must obey all traffic signs and signals.
• Dogs are allowed only on the 2 mile course; dogs may not enter buildings during pick-up and will start after other participants. Participants with dogs on the 5 mile course risk disqualification of chip time.
• Snacks and personal pumpkin pie are available after finishing.

Logistics and services:

• Parking is available downtown and in YMCA lots.
• Bib and shirt pick-up dates are Wednesday Nov 25 (2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) and Thanksgiving morning (6:30 am to 7:30 am). A confirmation email with QR code is required for pick-up.
• Volunteer roles are available the afternoon of Nov 25 and on Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a free event shirt.
