Ferring "5 'n' 5" Trail Run, West Sussex
The event takes place on Friday 3 July 2026 at Ferring Country Centre, Rife Way, Ferring, West Sussex. Organised by Raw Energy Pursuits Ltd with volunteer support from the centre, the run raises funds for Ferring Country Centre with all profit donated to the centre. Race numbers can be collected on the day and entry includes a medal and free photos.
Distances offered:
- 5 Mile (entry fee shown)
- 5 km (adult and junior categories)
- 5 km Junior Run for ages 12 to 15
- Mini Mile for children under 12
Published entry fees include: 5 km £15 for 15 years and over (£17 after 31/1/26), 5 km Junior £8, 5 Mile £20 (£22 after 31/1/26), Mini Mile £5. Race headquarters and parking are at Ferring Country Centre.
The course uses trails, the seafront and quiet roads around Ferring Rife, described as a very flat and fast route. Ferring Country Centre is a 32-acre site that includes a riding school, garden centre, café, soft play, gift shop and farm. The centre provides training and activities such as woodwork, gardening, riding therapy and cooking to support people with learning disabilities. 2026 marks the centre's 40th anniversary and a community initiative called One Thing highlights small acts of giving and skill-sharing.
