The Ferring "5 'n' 5" Trail Run takes place on Friday 3rd July 2026 in Ferring, West Sussex. The event offers multiple distances on trails, the seafront and quiet roads around Ferring Rife. The course runs from the Country Centre down to the sea at East Preston and is described by the organiser as very flat and fast.
Distances and entry fees
- 5 km – £15 (15yrs +); £17 after 9/1/26
- 5 Mile – £20; £22 after 9/1/26
- 5 km Junior Run (12-15yrs) – £8
- Mini Mile (children under 12yrs) – £5
Race numbers can be collected on the day. Entry includes a medal, a water bottle and free photos.

Race headquarters and parking are at Ferring Country Centre, Rife Way, Ferring, West Sussex, BN12 5JZ. Raw Energy Pursuits Ltd is organising the run and will use volunteers from the centre. Route maps and marshal positions are published by the organiser.
Charity and local facilities
The event is a charity fundraiser with all profit going to Ferring Country Centre (Charity Number: 297286). The centre runs a Day Service for people with learning disabilities and operates public-facing enterprises including a Riding School, Rangers Café, Dales Farm, Garden Centre and Gift Shop.
