Ferring "5 'n' 5" Trail Run, West Sussex
The event takes place on Friday 3 July 2026 at Ferring Country Centre and includes multiple distances for adults and children. Routes run on trails, the seafront and quiet roads around Ferring Rife and are described as very flat and fast. Race numbers can be collected on the day. Entry includes a medal and free photos.

- 5 Mile - £20 (£22 after 31/01/26)
- 5 km (15 years and over) - £15 (£17 after 31/01/26)
- 5 km Junior Run (12–15 years) - £8
- Mini Mile (children under 12 years) - £5
Race headquarters and parking are at Ferring Country Centre, Rife Way, Ferring, West Sussex, BN12 5JZ. The event is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits Ltd with volunteers from the centre. It is a charity event with all profits directed to Ferring Country Centre.
Ferring Country Centre operates a 32 acre site with a riding school, garden centre, café, soft play, gift shop and farm. The centre provides services and day opportunities for people with learning disabilities. In 2026 the centre marks its 40th anniversary and frames the year around community acts and practical support to help people develop skills and confidence.
