Feel The Spirit 5k
The Feel The Spirit 5k takes place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Cheektowaga, NY at the Infant of Prague Church (921 Cleveland Drive, Cheektowaga, NY 14225). The event is presented by the Infant of Prague and is the 20th running of the race. Registration opens December 1, 2025 and the event is open to ages 1 to 98. Entry price tiers are: $25 through December 31, $30 January 1 through April 10, and $40 race morning. Participants aged 75 and over are free (discount applied at checkout). Race shirts are optional, cost $10 extra, are available only to pre-registered participants, and size is guaranteed for registrations completed by March 22.
Course, awards and post-race
The course is USA Track and Field certified (certificate #NY18003JJ). Timing and results are provided by WNY Finish Line and Timing Service. Awards include 1st place overall male and female, 1st overall masters (40+) male and female, 1st overall grand masters (60+) male and female, plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in age groups. Age groups range from 14 & under up to 80+. A post-race party at Infant of Prague’s Henesey Hall is open to participants and guests and includes beer, soft drinks, hot dogs and vegan options, a baked goods sale, basket raffle, door prizes and on-site parking.
