Febapple Frozen 50M, 50K, 20M, 10M - South Mountain Reservation
The event takes place on February 21, 2026 at South Mountain Reservation in Maplewood, New Jersey. The start area is the Summit Field picnic area; the closest parking lot in the park is at the dog park off Crest Drive. The GPS address given is 12 Bear Lane, Maplewood, NJ 07079.
Distances are run using an approximately 10 mile loop and include:
- 50 Mile
- 50 Kilometer
- 20 Miles
- 10 Miles
Race bib pickup opens one hour before each race. Race directors enforce a common race cutoff and may end a participant's race if the participant will not finish by the published cutoff. For the 50 mile event, runners must begin their final 10 mile loop by the organizer's stated cutoff; runners who take longer than 2.5 hours to complete the 40 mile split will not be permitted to continue. A headlamp is recommended.
The entry price includes event SWAG. There will be aid stations and electronic timing. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers; medals are not provided. A 50% refund is available up to eight weeks before the race; after that no refunds are offered. Bib transfers require organizer notification with the new runner's information.
