Event Overview
The Feathers 5K Run & Walk is a community event supporting the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation (ACCF). The foundation provides financial assistance to adults living with cancer in the metro Atlanta area.
Race Details
The event features a 5K distance for runners and walkers. It takes place at Oglethorpe University, located at 4484 Peachtree Rd. in Brookhaven, Georgia. Online registration opens on March 1, 2026.
Schedule & Activities
On the day of the event, packet pick-up and in-person registration are available. A short fun run for young children is scheduled shortly after the 5K start. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in multiple age categories, ranging from 0-14 to 80 and over.
Participant Information
Packet pick-up is available on two days prior to the event at Big Peach Ride + Run Brookhaven and on race day at Oglethorpe University. T-shirts and swag bags are not mailed and must be picked up. Parking on the university campus is free for participants. The event happens rain or shine, and refunds are not available, though arrangements can be made to collect race items afterward.
