Feast of Trumpets : overview
The Feast of Trumpets takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Rober Smith Family Park, 1220 CD Boren Pkwy, Fate, TX 75087. The event offers multiple participation options: a 10K, a 5K, a new 1 mile option, a free Kid's Dash (100–200 meters), and a virtual option. The 1 mile option is untimed and has no age group awards. The virtual option includes shipping of the event shirt and medal the week of the race.
Entry, awards, and extras
Registration for the 10K and 5K includes a participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal; the 1 mile also receives a t-shirt and medal. The Kid's Dash is free; dashers may purchase a t-shirt and finisher medal as add-ons. Registration by September 5 is required to guarantee t-shirt size. Some events list a price increase after February 28, 2026, and virtual and certain event registrations close on September 26, 2026.
Age group awards for the 5K and 10K are awarded four deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 through 80+. Overall and masters categories (including 40+ and 60+ grand masters) receive overall medals. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.
