FCA 5K : basic information
The FCA 5K is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Venice High School, 1 Indian Ave, Venice, FL 34285. The event is organized to support high school student leadership with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The race is described as family focused and open to runners and walkers.

Race services and logistics
The 5K is chip-timed and a course map is provided. All 5K finishers receive a custom finisher medal and a race bib. Registered participants may receive a unisex short-sleeve 60/40 shirt; an upgraded dry-fit or ladies' tank is available for an extra fee. Shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after March 28. Children aged 4-9 may compete in a free 400 meter fun race; adults may run with children. The 400 m event is free; the virtual 5K entry is listed at $49.20. Placement prizes are offered by male and female categories in 5-year age groups, plus overall and masters divisions. A coffee bar is available before and after the event, and ice cream is noted for race winners. Packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at New Balance Sarasota, 1872 Stickney Point Road, Sarasota 34231, with additional pickup the morning of the event.
