Fast Friday 10k
The Fast Friday 10k is an England Athletics-licensed road race held on a flat and accurate course. The event is designed for participants to aim for personal best times on a route that consists of two laps. The course has been officially measured by an accredited course measurer to ensure accuracy.
The event is open to runners of all abilities. The organizers provide official pacemakers for a wide range of target times, typically including 36, 38, 40, 42, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 minutes. The race uses professional chip timing, and results are eligible for Power of 10 and Run Britain rankings. A large finish clock is also present at the finish line as a guide for participants.
The race route is fully signed and marshalled throughout. Race headquarters are located at Boulder Exe on Tudor Street in Exeter, where participants can collect their race numbers. Limited toilet and changing facilities are available at the headquarters, with additional toilets available at the Exwick Sports Hub prior to the start.

The event supports the Force Cancer Charity. Sustainability initiatives are in place, such as on-day race pack collection and the use of compostable cups at water stations. Every finisher receives a medal upon completion of the race. First aid cover for the event is provided by Dartmoor Ambulance.
