Farmville Jingle Bell Run 5K & Mile Fun Run
The Farmville Jingle Bell Run is a community road running event on December 12, 2026 at First Avenue Field, 407 First Avenue, Farmville, VA 23901. The event is presented by the Town of Farmville Parks & Recreation Department and includes a 5K and a 1 mile fun run/walk.

The 5K course begins and finishes at First Avenue Field and follows a mostly flat route with some hills through Farmville’s Historic Avenues. The mile fun run/walk also begins and finishes at First Avenue Field and follows a mostly flat course through the same neighborhood.
Registration for both events opens July 6, 2026 and closes December 10, 2026. Published entry fees are $25 for the 5K and $20 for the mile fun run; higher fees apply at packet pickup and on race day. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Short-sleeve race t-shirts are guaranteed for those registered by November 30, 2026.
Awards for the 5K include medals for the top three overall male and female finishers and top male and female finishers in each age category: 12 and under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over. There are no awards for the mile fun run.
Packet pickup takes place on December 11 at 124 South Street, Farmville, VA and on December 12 at First Avenue Field. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
