Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk
The Farmingdale Ram Run is a community 5K run and walk held at Farmingdale State College - Nold Athletic Complex on April 18, 2027. The event includes a certified 5K course and a separate kids fun run that takes place on the track.

Registration options include a base entry fee that covers a race t-shirt and an option for a personalized bib if registered three weeks before race day. Pre-race packet and t-shirt pickup are offered on campus and at a local running store, with day-of number pickup at the Nold Athletic Complex lobby.
Amenities listed for participants include event t-shirts, post-race refreshments including hot chocolate, and one free beer with a race bib at a nearby restaurant for those 21 and older. Awards include shoes for top overall finishers and top student finishers, plus age-group awards for the top three men and women in each listed age division.
