2026 Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk
The event takes place on April 19, 2026 at Farmingdale State College - Nold Athletic Complex, 2350 Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735. The main running event is a certified 5K course with the start and finish on the track. The Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Club will hold a food drive and will accept non-perishable items before the race. Proceeds from the event benefit the Farmingdale State College Alumni Association.

Amenities include event t-shirts, post-race refreshments including hot chocolate, and one complimentary beer with a race bib at Changing Times restaurant (21+ only). Awards are given to overall top finishers and top FSC student, plus top three in age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. Pre-race packet and t-shirt pickup is available at the Alumni Smart Energy House on the FSC campus, and day-of race number pickup is available in the Nold Athletic Complex lobby.
