Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk : April 19, 2026
The Farmingdale Ram Run 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for April 19, 2026 at Farmingdale State College, Nold Athletic Complex, 2350 Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735. The event features a certified 5K course with the start and finish on the track, plus a free Kids Fun Run that is one lap around the track.
The Health, Wellness, and Nutrition Club will hold its 4th Annual Ram Run Food Drive and will accept non-perishable food items at the Nold Hall Athletic Complex before the race. Donated items will go to the FSC Food Pantry. Donors are entered to win one of three raffle baskets; one ticket per person.
Registration options include a 5K Run/Walk entry that includes a t-shirt and the option to add a donation. Published fees reflect processing charges and show lower early registration pricing and higher race day pricing, with a separate rate for ages 14 and under. Packet and t-shirt pickup are available pre-race on April 16 and April 17 at the Alumni Smart Energy House on campus, and day of race pickup is at the Nold Athletic Complex Lobby.
Amenities listed for participants include race tees, post-race refreshments including hot chocolate, a single complimentary beer with a race bib at Changing Times restaurant for those 21 and older, live online or text results, and same-day finish line photos.
