Famously Hot Pink Half Marathon and Walk for Life : 36th edition
The event takes place on October 17, 2026 at Segra Park in Columbia, South Carolina. It combines a community walk and a set of road races that conclude inside the Segra Park ballpark. Finishers pass through a celebration area with a photo wall and balloons.

- 800 meter Aflac Kids Fun Run
The Aflac Kids Fun Run is 800 meters. Registered children receive a bib and a pair of sunglasses after completing the race. Participation for the kids run is listed at $15 and registered children receive a shirt for the event. All event registrations include an event T shirt, and registered breast cancer survivors receive a survivor’s hat.
Prisma Health Midlands Foundation has produced this event for more than three decades and reports that the Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink events have raised more than $13.1 million historically to support Prisma Health Breast Centers. Proceeds from the 36th walk will fund a new Prisma Health mobile mammography van equipped with a 3 D mammography unit, plus a waiting and patient intake area, a changing room, and a scan room.
