36th Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink 10K, 5K
The 36th Walk for Life and Famously Hot Pink 10K and 5K take place on October 17, 2026 at Segra Park in Columbia, South Carolina, USA. The event includes running and walking options and a separate kids fun run.

Kids who register for the Aflac Fun Run cross the finish line at home plate inside Segra Park. Registered children receive a bib and a pair of "cool" sunglasses after their race; Fun Run participants can wear their shirt to the SC State Fair on Sunday, October 12 for free entry. Parents may run alongside their child or watch at the start and finish.
All registrations include an event T-shirt. Registered breast cancer survivors receive a survivor’s hat. Finish-line activities include a celebration area and a photo wall lined with balloons.
Proceeds support Prisma Health Breast Centers. The 36th Walk for Life aims to fund a new Prisma Health mobile mammography van equipped with a 3-D mammography unit; the van will include a waiting/patient intake room, a changing room and a scan room and be available for workplace and community events. Funds also support post-mastectomy camisoles, post-surgery breast bears and related support materials. Historically the event has raised more than $13.1 million for local breast care programs.
