Event Overview

Course Details

The swim takes place in the calm waters off the Blue Flag-rated Gyllyngvase Beach. The bike and run routes are coastal, offering views around Pendennis Point, where seals are sometimes seen offshore. The bike course includes a closed-road section along Cliff Road. The swim features an Australian exit after the first loop.

Series & Awards

The event awards points for the Cornish Tri Series. Competitors can aim for overall series awards in their age group. All finishers receive a medal. Wetsuits (shortie or full body) are mandatory for the swim.
