Fall Fun Walk/Run 5K - Liberty
The Fall Fun Walk/Run 5k is the first annual community 5K taking place on November 21 2026 at the Casey County Central Kentucky AG Expo Center in Liberty, KY. The course distance is 5K (3.1 miles). Registration carries a fee of $25 and closes on November 7 2026. The event is weather permitting and may be rescheduled for unsuitable conditions.
All registered participants receive a finisher medal, a drawstring backpack, a reusable water bottle, and post race snacks and water. Cash prizes are offered for top overall finishers in the male and female categories. Proceeds will support the agricultural center and prizes and volunteers.
Race guidelines ask participants to line up by realistic pace with faster runners toward the front and walkers and jogging strollers toward the back. Runners and walkers should stay to the right and avoid moving more than two abreast so others can pass. Organizers request family friendly language and that music be kept at a volume low enough to hear marshal instructions. No dogs are allowed, and only small or jogging strollers are permitted. At water stations, participants should take a cup, move toward the middle of the path before slowing, and place trash in provided bins.
