The Fall Creek Falls Spring Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for May 16, 2026, in Spencer, Tennessee (2009 Village Camp Rd, postal code 38585). The event is new for 2026 and is one of two sprint triathlons at Fall Creek Falls State Park that year. Multiple race categories are offered, including Sprint Triathlon Individual, Sprint Clydesdale, Sprint Athena, Sprint Triathlon Relay, and Sprint Aquabike.

Competition, awards and policies
Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, top three male and female masters, age-group awards (first through third) in specified male and female age groups from 12-15 up to 70 and over, plus top three Clydesdale, Athena, Sprint Aquabike, and top relay team.
USA Triathlon participation requires either a one-day license or an annual membership; one-day USAT license is listed at $15 and an annual membership at $50. A youth one-day or annual USAT license is listed at $10. Event insurance is offered during registration through the organizer.
The organizer’s refund policy is NO REFUND and race entries are non-transferable. The cancellation/modification policy states that decisions will be made with local officials for safety, courses may be altered, and there will be no refunds for cancellations due to natural or community disasters.
