Event Information
The Fall Creek Falls Spring Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for May 16, 2026, at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Spencer, Tennessee. This is the inaugural spring event, adding a second sprint triathlon to the park's annual calendar alongside an existing August event.
Distances
The Spring Sprint Triathlon consists of three segments:
- A 500-meter swim
- A 14-mile bike ride
- A 5k run
Multiple participation formats are offered: Sprint Triathlon Individual, Sprint Clydesdale, Sprint Athena, Sprint Triathlon Relay, and Sprint Aquabike.
Awards
Awards are presented in several categories. Overall awards go to the top three male and female finishers, as well as the top three male and female masters. Age group awards are given for first, second, and third place across numerous categories from 12-15 through 70 and over. Additional awards are given for the top three Clydesdale and Athena participants, top three Sprint Aquabike finishers, and the top relay team.
