Event overview
The Fall Creek Falls Half Marathon, 10K and 5K Road Runs take place on August 16, 2026 at Fall Creek Falls State Park, Pikeville, TN. The event offers three distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K Run
- 5K Run
Entry fees listed on the event page are: Half Marathon $54 (includes $4 fee), 10K $44 (includes $4 fee), and 5K $28.50 (includes $3.50 fee). Minimum age requirements are 13+ for the half marathon, 12+ for the 10K, and 6+ for the 5K.
Course and athlete amenities
Routes begin and end through the Taft Village area and cross Fall Creek Falls Dam. The 5K is an out-and-back on a paved path through woods. The 10K and half marathon follow paved paths and park roads past the Inn at Fall Creek Falls and return to the Dam; the half marathon is two loops of paved bike trail and park road sections. The path route is described as shaded.
Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade and are located on the loop; participants are urged to carry a bottle or container for refill. Timing verification points will be along the course. T-shirts and a finisher medal or award are provided for each distance. Post-race snacks and music are available for participants.
Entry details, awards and policies
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers, top male and female Masters (40+), and first through third in multiple male and female age groups.
