Event overview
The Fall Creek Falls Triathlons take place at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee on August 15, 2026. The event includes multiple triathlon distances held on the same weekend, with additional running events (half marathon, 10K, 5K) on the following day. The triathlons are sanctioned by USA Triathlon; participants must hold either a one-day license or an annual membership to compete.

Categories and awards
Events include age-group divisions, Clydesdale, Athena, Aqua Bike, and relay options. Age eligibility differs by event; sprint events are open to ages 12+, while Olympic and Half Iron events are open to ages 15+. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers and top three masters. Age-group awards are given for first through third place across multiple age brackets (for example 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, etc.), and top three awards are also given in Clydesdale and Athena divisions.
Logistics, aid and policies
Packet pickup is offered on the day before the race and on race morning at the race site. Half Iron bike aid includes water bottles at two turnarounds; there is no bike aid for Olympic or Sprint. Run aid stations provide water and Gatorade; the Half Iron course passes aid stations 12 times, the Olympic course 5 times, and the Sprint course 2 times. Entries are non-transferable and the organizer maintains a no-refund policy; event insurance is offered during registration.
